Its day 4 of my pheasant eggs in the bator and i candled them all. They all have the exact same dark-redish mass in the middle??? I don't see any veins or a distinct embryo???

Wait til about day seven and look at the very bottom and at the air cell at the top. Pheasant eggs are darker and kinda hard to see. I have 22 out of 28 going to the hatcher prob. sat. and it was about a week before i could see the veins at the air cell at the top edge. What kind of candler are you using.

I use a 3 cell mag light and can see as early as day 3 on lighter eggs, day 5 on darker eggs.
