I FINALLY did it! My Roosters "lost their heads"

I FINALLY butchered my 3 RIR roosters. There must be some Native American (Cherokee, I think) in me because I thanked each bird before I did the deed. I think one was a 6 pounder!
We ate the biggest for dinner last night, and sent the other 2 to freezer camp.
The crowd cheered most about the gravy.
