I finally discovered what Rocky is.

    Rocky is a Roo. I witnessed his pitiful little crows. So cute!!

    Well you know rocky has always been my favorite. I am not sure what he is mixed with because he is a RIR with no tail. Instead of going up his tail hangs down a little. That is why I had a hard time telling if he was male/female.

    isn't it neat to have a rooster!! Out of 59 of our chickens , half of them are roosters, and only 1 of them is crowing and they are 11 1/2 weeks old. I wish I could keep some of them, but my hubby says they are all going to be for meat.[​IMG]

    Yep. I like roosters. I now have 3 roosters and 21 hens. Would have had 24 but 3 ancona's died.
