This website is either a dream come true...or a hoax. Their coops are in the $400 range...with FREE SHIPPING! Seems pretty reasonable.
Has anyone bought from this company? Are they real?

Oh...I think that sounds about right, because they are tiny. I looked at the one that cost about $400...it's about 11 sq. feet of living space....that means 3 chickens would be packed in...okay for 2 chickens. They throw in the nesting boxes as part of their measurement, but that is not living space. If you only have two birds or so, and don't want the hassle of building your own, it may be worth it...

$400 you can build a super nice coop yourself. With lots of money left over.

Honestly, it sounds kind of expensive to me. You still need to add on the run or runs so you're looking at twice that by the time you're done. If you or your husband does not like to build stuff, you could try searching for local handymen. Create your own plan, or buy a chicken coop plan off the web, and then ask for quotes as to what it would take to have him build. I'd be surprised if the quote did not come in a lot cheaper than what you can buy it for on the web.

I like the design and it is always good to know about Every. Single. Coop. Available. Or. Buildable. Oh, and my coops tend to be very... utilitarian in appearance.

Here is why I am curious:
A similar sized coop, the Henhaven for example, is about $800, plus shipping. The Eglu is about $500, plus shipping. This line of houses is around $400, NO SHIPPING COST. IF this company is real and honest, that would be an interesting option for urban and/or lazy chicken owners.
You absolutely don't have to agree with me.

Looks like a better option than the Chik-N-Barn for close to 400$ without the run (add on, small and about 175$)....and that is storebought, not shipped. So for those with 10 thumbs or in a hurry it may be OK for a starter for 2 or 3 birds.....IMHO
