I found this little one in my back garden... Can someone helps identify

Can you get a picture of it from the side? I can't tell if it is a quail or a chicken. lol

Looks like a coturnix quail to me. I have several that look like that.

NO. First of all the bird either escaped someone else's pen, or was released. He/she needs to be quarantined. You do not want to expose any of your birds to it. Second you should not mix quail and chickens at all, even if the bird never shows illness. Chickens can be carriers for illnesses that can quickly kill quail.
