I gave mine some birdseeds/BOSS mix the other night and the roo was clucking for his ladies to come and get it.

They refused - they'd rather eat bugs.
So he ended up eating most of it anyway.

I'm glad he turned out to be such a gentleman!

Just make sure you give it to the roo first, instead of giving it directly to the girls. My son likes to give 'his' millie hen worms, and her roo was not too happy about that. He got a bit feisty with my son! Thought my son was trying to steal his girl I guess!

He'll carry the food in his mouth..and call the girls and lay it at their feet...Hes a sweetie!
