I was talking to the hubby and he gave me the go-ahead to get more ducks, we currently have 2 ducks and 10 chickens. I found an ad on CL, a lady had gotten 3 ducklings for her kids this Spring and they live in a trailer park. Well obviously people found out and the ducks had to go. Probably a good thing since they didn't have a real coop and neighborhood kids would pick on them, throwing sticks at them etc. They're a bit skittish which is fine. I know they will love it here, we spoil our flock and they've got a big coop and run and 3 acres (mostly fenced in) for them to free range on. Here's a pic of my newbies, I'm already in love.
