A box postmarked from Alaska came today. Inside it was quail eggs from the lovely Mrs. AK-Bird-Brain.

    Inside where various quail eggs.

These things are fragile. A few were broken and I put my fingernail right through 2 of them putting them in the bator.

Here we go - 16 days to hatch - hopefully.

Thanks, Tori. I am tickled pink to try this!

That is my turner. I bought quail racks from GQF for $10. The racks pop in and out and interchange.

I'm going to pretend that I never saw that last post MissP! LOL! That's the last thing my DH would want to hear. "Hey honey, I'm going to start hatching some quail now." Boy! That would go over really well. [IMG]

Quail seem to be easy to hatch, bobwhite being the hardest, so good luck! [IMG]
