I got a HUGE egg!!!

    I dont know who laid it but its HUGE!!!...The one on the right side is a nice size egg also...but looks tiny next to this one....


    I got a ruler and drew a line above to make sure they were even, and then I marked each inch on the side

    btw: where is Lary Ka? Im heading that way Oct 3rd for 2wks...well to Kansas...lol my son is in the ARMY

    I just saw on the news tonight a guy who had an egg that was 130+ grams nearly 1/4 lb. But unfortunately the chicken died shortly after laying.

    We have had the same thing happen to us. Except ours was white. We had some wild peacocks at one time roaming around us. And that was our theory but we couldnt figure out how it got into the coop. So now I guess it is possible for a chicken to lay a egg 4x the normal size. Thanks for helping me not feel so crazy now.
