I got my lavender orpington babies today!!! :)

    I seriously can't believe how adorable these little things are... the breeder attempted to feather sex them, so I am curious to see how well that worked out. [​IMG] If you want to see more pics of them, I have a ton up on their facebook page. (link is in my signature) Will be selling a few once we see how many hens we end up with. [​IMG] I [​IMG] them!

    Holy cow! Are those not the super cutest chicks ever? I mean, all chicks are cute but those are, as my daughter would say, "off the hook"! Where did you order them from?

    If you go onto U Tube and type in feather sexing there are some really good video's out there. Basically the girls have two separate length layers of primary feathers on their wings and on the boys the two layers are the same length, it only works on LF and only for a couple of days after hatching

    local in Ormond?? Will have to remember that for spring. I have 7 (mixed) coming from MPC in 3 weeks. Already know I will want more....lol
