I believe she is a Sumatra. And a gorgeous one, at that.

I have a roo like that and thought he was an Andalusian, what is the difference between the Sumatra & Andalusian? How can I tell the difference and what mine is?

I thought it was an andalusian at first, but they have red combs. She isn't all that flighty and she's not afraid of the alpha hens and roosters. From day one she would grab bread from their beaks,

Sumatra should have blackish skin on the face/comb.
