Does anyone know how to check their vent?

I think unless you really, really know what you're doing with vent checking you can injure their internal organs. But, apparently you can see a white nub in the vent if it's a boy.

Vent checking can only be done within the first 48 hours of hatch, so it's not really an option anymore anyway.

By this age, they should be showing other signs, post pics and we'll give you our best educated guesses.

Do you mean you have eleven 1-week old chicks, or some 11-week old chicks? Either way, they're too old for vent sexing, but if they're 11-week old they should be able to be differentiated visually.
