I have a mixed bunch of roos... which BREED tastes the best for frying

I do not want just "fowl meat" I am not raising broilers but will next year. which breed or hybreed is good for frying/baking?

I have the following

jersey giants
barred rock
leghorns (not for meat)
americana EE
rir
marens
brahamas

Please advise.....

I don't think a certain breed tastes better, probably depends on what they eat. My theory is the bigger, the better!! Anything tastes great fried!!
