Just picked them up at the post office this week. The hatchery sent me a free exotic and one extra!!! I'm so happy. The exotic chick is a Salmon Faverolle, when it arrived it had one eye closed. I put antibiotic ointment on it and it opened within a few minutes...thank God. The one I'm holding is a New Hampshire. I have mostly Dominiques, some Deleware, some Sumatra, and a couple of New Hamps, and I'm giving my RIR's to my doctor/boss. Sorry about the blurry...those were the first pics taken.

No killing unless I have to. I'm a vegetarian who eats eggs and honey:p...Why do you ask?

I think the axe on top of the box prompted the question. [IMG]

    Cute chicks!

Getting them used to the axe so they don't run when they see it....Just kidding!!! Don't call PETA please.

So cute! They look very happy, the "axe over their heads" notwithstanding...[IMG]
