I have (i think) two brown leghorn roosters that look different. Any insight?

    My two brown leghorns are different. one is lighter brown with pretty blue/back sides. The other is darker all around. Just wondering what, if any, the difference is. The pics aren't that great .[​IMG]

    Normal variation. One would be considered Brown, the other is "Light" Brown.

    Would one be considered more pure then the other if so which one would be more pure

    There are two varieties of Brown Leghorn, dark brown and light brown.
