I have the best egg dryers!

    I rinse my eggs after a few hours and I used to put them on a drying pad on the kitchen counter, but I was always worried that the cat would jump up and knock them off then I'd have to kill her.....

    At a rummage sale we had at our church last weekend, the lady in charge had gotten empty apple boxes from the grocery store to use for transport and she had a huge pile of material off to the side that came out of the boxes. They are the coolest trays and they are made of compressed fiberboard, so they are very absorbent. You can use the same one over and over!

    Cool idea! I just got some of those in a box of throw away produce and the grocerie. I you could get some of those for free if you asked. I'm going to put mine up for when I need them.
