I have tried everything, Hens stopped laying.

I live in South Alabama, 97 degrees tommorow. I have 23 hens ranging from 10mths to 2 years. Stopped laying altogether about 10 days ago. No eggs at all, none.lol We put a fan in the hen house. keep them in water and laying pellets. Trying the red pepper on their food. Bought cat food today just in case their protein is off. Was only getting around 7 eggs before they quit. We did have about 5 hens new brought in. They adjusted fine. Had to buy eggs today, this is sad. Any tips for me? I looked for mites and such and see nothing. Cant think of anything else to do. Have a few feathers on the ground, maybe 10 or so, wouldnt it be more if they are moulting? Thanks
