My daughter came running in this evening yelling "I HEAR SOMETHING!!!!" We all ran in to look at our eggs in the bator and we heard it as well, we hear chirping!! WOO HOO!!! Then my daughter saw it, the shell is breaking on one of them!!!

There it is! I'm not 100% sure what kind of chicken it is, I was told it was a "Lemon Blue Bantam". I have no idea what this is!! This was an extra egg thrown in for fun.

Looking forward to see what comes out!!

How long do we have to wait?

We have a chick!! ;D Woke up this morning and the egg was just a little bit more cracked, but not much. (started to worry a little!!) Went and took a shower and came back out and saw this:

WOO HOO!! Here it comes!! I quickly woke up my daughters so they could watch and we all got to watch this baby chick hatch!

The best part of the morning was that we now have 3 more eggs that are starting to crack!!! WOO HOO!!
The worst part is I have to be at work all day!!

The the more eggs are one more Lemon Blue Bantam, one EE & one brown egg (I can't see if this is a barnyard mutt or one of the BO eggs).

Will update with more pictures this evening!!

2 more chicks hatched today. Another much smaller bantam and a mix looks like a BO mixed with something with feathers on it's feet. Here are a couple of pictures from tonight.

Here's the mixed barnyard special

Here's the new Bantam (maybe this one is the Lemon Blue??
)

Here's a pic of the one that hatched this morning. Any ideas?

There is still one more egg that is peeping, but not much change from this morning. Is there anything I should do to help?

More updates later!!
