I Hope this is good news

as you all know my hearing for my disability was this past tuesday at 3:00 my time well tuesday morning my lawyers secretary called and said that my lawyer called and said that I didnt have to come for my hearing that the judge already made a decision on my case. Is this good news or bad? they said I would get a letter in about 3 weeks. If anyone knows please tell me if this is good news well i have to go I cant feel my fingers touching the keyboard anymore the narapathy has made my fingers go to sleep permantly and it is hard to type now or hold anything in my hands. hard to do when you cant feel them touch anything.

Well, the judge had to have felt it was a shut and dry case if he ruled without a hearing. Of course, that did not allow either party to question the validity of the information presented by the other.

my lawyer was there but I wasn't and called and told me not to come. I have never heard of such of a thing
