    For all the newbies out there, like me!, I just heard that there is a protective "bloom" around eggs. I had no clue! This article just gave me a ton more info to store! [​IMG]

    That's why those washed /chlorine bleached eggs from the store are so....gross.

    good article but I disagree with one major point; you do NOT need to refrigerate eggs if the bloom hasnt been washed off...

    we never do...
