I just let my girls out to Rome. I picked up one of them and she is sooo skinny. Feathers hid it. Seems to be eating but a little sluggish. Vent pink.

I just let my girls out to Rome. I picked up one of them and she is sooo skinny. Feathers hid it. Seems to be eating but a little sluggish. Vent pink, healthy looking. What could be wrong. All the other girls are good wt. what should I do??
