I just peeled 36 eggs.

    Thenks to all who suggested the steam & cool method for peeling fresh eggs. I steamed 36 pheasant eggs for pickling, & peeled 36 out of 36! I've tried lots of other methods, & the best so far was to age them in the fridge for a month.... until now. THANKS!!!!!

    I too am pickling eggs [​IMG]

    but only 16 first try at it, I hope they come out as they should.
    I boil the eggs 8 minutes then add the cold water for them to cool
    20 minutes crack , pick and peel easy, right out of the cold water .

    Wow thats alot of eggs. I can't keep that many in the house. They are all sold this week like every week. We did our pickleing early this year.
