I finally got the nerve up to let the keets loose last night. I was very nervous about them adapting to the flock of 25 chickens expecting the hens to peck at or bully the keets and much to my surprise the keets walked out of their run and walked past the alpha rooster and started pecking and scratching away at the ground.. A couple of the hens were curious and approached them and just seemed to sniff them and turn away and continued doing what they usually do.. When evening came and it got dark I went to close the coop and run and to my surprise the keets were perched where they usually perch. All of your advise worked, I left them in the run for about a month so they can get used to their surroundings first so they know where home is and get used to seeing the big hens and the hens can get used to seeing the small keets... IT WORKED!!!
