I live in SE Ohio and the hatcheries in ohio cant ship until aug or sept. Are there any hatcheries that ship quickly from other states? I also wanted some Light Brahmas and cochins.

Welp hatchery had all the breeds that i wanted and soon but they said the chicks would be shipped out of New Mexico! That seems like a long trip to me. Help, what should I do?

Check out Mt Healthy. They're in Ohio and I've had great success with the chicks I've ordered from them in the past. Looking through their site recently and I saw that the furthest out shipping date that they had was in June. I didn't look at every single breed but it looks like you would be able to get them long before the end of the summer.

If you contact Mt. Healthy you can go and pick up your chicks. I'm planning on doing that this June.
