I made my bator (pics)

    here it is, and also i just added the shiny tape to the floor and lid. i also made a floor, some hardware cloth and such = )

    well hopefully i am going to buy some eggs from a few of the members on here, So then i can have more little peeps. = ) (i hatched 2 today and a 3rd is coming from my other bator) I love em!!

    Any suggestions on Where the hardwarecloth should go..
    ..above the light,
    under the light...
    same level as the light...

    [​IMG] Nice neat job. What is your other bator?

    You may want to check the temp in various locations within the bator before you set eggs. I would be a little concerned having the thermostat so close to the light. But it may work fine. [​IMG]

    The other bator is a brinsea 20 i believe, I am borrowing it from the ffa. i love it.

    Looks really nice.
    I would put the hardware cloth higher than the light, maybe even with the light base or a little higher. Also put your eggs to eithr side of the light on the hardware cloth. Directly above the light will be a bit of a hot spot. [​IMG]
