I was going to say frizzle turkens have my vote, I see them and cant help but think of a feather duster with a wooden handle. Second would be a frizzled polish (now if you added the named neck gene to those I think you would have a real "winner".

Another breed that makes me laugh is the bantam cornish, adorably stubby wide little bird with a severe expression.
