I need coop Plans!

I I have 7 chickens and I need to make a coop by Winter. I live in Wisconsin so we have harsh winters. But I also need a coop that is portable because I want them to be able to move and graze so they dont tear up their run. Please send me any links to a portable coop w/ run!!!!

For 7 chickens, you'll need quite the chicken tractor. In fact, you'll end up having to move it with a LAWN/GARDEN tractor as it will be too heavy to move by hand.

Can't help you out with plans though, but do wish you luck in working it out.

You could try doing what I do. I built a stationary coop with an attached run, plus a tractor for daytime use. It's the best of both worlds. I was able to make the stationary coop much more secure than possible with something moveable, and I was able to build the tractor so that it was light enough for easy movement.

It is very easy to herd my birds from one housing to another. They learned the routine very quickly.
