I need help figuring this out

When I got my hen Nevada (RIR) she was a stray and had a swollen sinus and wounds all over her back, of different stages of healing. I am guessing those were from mating. I took her to the vet, and she thought it could be mycoplasma, or it could be swollen from trauma. She was tested for mycoplasma and 4 other diseases and all came back negative, and the eye cleared up in 2 days. So it could be trauma on your girl too. As long as she's separated already, maybe give it a day or two and watch for other symptoms of respiratory disease, and if it's trauma it should be ok( or improved) in a couple days

If he has bubbles or drainage in the eye, I would keep it cleaned with saline, and think about using some Terramycin Eye Ointment or plain Neosporin in the eye twice a day. Sometimes pus will form in the sinus, and may need to be removed.

That’s what I was going to say use saline wash. That plus neosporin or Terramycin should make it feel a lot better if it’s an injury from the roo.

I would slice it open a little and squeeze out the pus, then start on Baytril.

What is bay trip and where do I slice there was puss coming out of sinus when I squeezed it

Also no other chicks are showing signs of infection hens are still laying and Roos are crowing

You may need to push up on the choanal slit in the roof of the beak to get all puss out of the sinus. Here are a couple of very graphic videos of getting solid puss out of chicken’s eye:
