I recently purchased an assortment of 9 feather footed bantam chicks from tractor supply (I think they source from hoover hatchery) but I can't figure out what breeds most of them are. I would appreciate help:)

I know #'s 2,3,4 are silkies, but not the varieties. and I think 8 and 9 are either mille fleur d'uccle, or buff brahma bantams

1 looks like a light Brahma. That's if it has feathered legs.

2 and 4 look like splash Silkies but not positive. Let's call for some help with the expert @LadiesAndJane

3 looks like a buff Silkie

5 and 6 are maybe Easter egger bantams. Not quite sure. Do they have feathered legs? Are the legs yellow, blueish or white? What type of combs?

7 might be a white laced red Cornish. It would have a pea comb if it is.

8 and 9 I think these are buff Brahmas, but check the combs. Pea combs for Brahmas, single combs for mille fleur D'Uccles. Also Brahmas will have yellow legs while D'Uccles will have blueish legs or at least some darker pigment on their legs.

Thanks for the tag.😊

For the Silkies I think 2 and 4 are white.
The down on white Silkie chicks can vary quite a bit, from yellow to white to even grey.
Small chance they are splash, you will know once the wing feathers start coming in.

3 is a buff

No idea on the others.😊
