I need help with french chickens.

We Got a new Hen she has fluffy feet, fluffy cheeks and shes a color thats gold and black and white. Its a Long french Name My Mom Forgot it what u thunk it is. Please I need Help

correct, wasn't sure if it was just darker shading or a hatchery chick? It was the only breed that has muffs, feathered feet that happened to be French. I could be wrong, you have any ideas? I certainly am no expert and there are sooooo many breeds. I just blurted out the first thing that came to mind.

Nah, I'm with you....Faverolle came to my mind too....but the black threw me off....

Still....could be. I got a couple of hatchery Favs that have some dark feathering on them....not black, but dark.... :-(((

Its not a french breed, it was belgium.

She has a Mille Fleur d'uccle, she has three threads going about the same chickens and asking the same exact questions. I saw the picture in the last thread and answered her question.Twice now.
