Hooligan, I don't think that that is an RIR. He has a rosecomb, and RIR are supposed to have single. I would say RIR mix maybe, but not pure RIR.

I have 2 RIR roos and 1 has a single comb and the other has a rose or pea comb. I forgot what it is but it is definatly not a single comb.
