What are the symptoms you are seeing? Have you had any deaths? Are you saying that your chickens have avian influenza or that they are sick with respiratory disease symptoms? There are a number of respiratory diseases in poultry, and avain flu is petty rare, usually causing most local areas to issue warnings of it’s pressence. What state are you in? We can help with info on common respiratory diseases, such as infectious bronchitis, mycoplasma (MG,) coryza, ILT, and others. There may be no home cure but this worked for me:
2 Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (not purified, not pasteurized) in 1 Gallon of water
1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder in both water and feed
2 Tablespoon of Oregano in both water and feed
You can also use a little ACV, Garlic Powder and Oregano in an egg for each bird
Do this everyday!

Do not know if there is one. A glance at the CDC reviewed that most people will isolate and cull sick birds to prevent spread to whole flock. Please know this would never be a recommendation of mine without vet confirmation and vet recommendation for.

Echinacea has anti viral properties and has been found effective in treating some strains of flu. I've no experience with avian flu, so don't have any knowledge of how much to dose a chicken, but it would be very unlikely to do any harm. Anything that would help boost and strengthen the immune system would be good.

Here is another link to articles on BYC regarding flu. Some survive minor cases. Read may be helpful but need testing to determine flock management. Can't eat eggs or meat till test clear. See article below for flock management suggestions. Some forms worse than others and can infect humans.
