I NEED SOME ROOSTER HELP!!! :)

i got this roo and he appears to be full grown but im not sure how old he is, can someone tell me is there a way to find out how old my rooster is? is there certain thing to look at?

small-ish wattles, tiny feet.... i would say he is pretty young. a year/year and a half maybe.
