You can give chickens aspirin but with a bleeding issue might not be a good idea.

I think you need baby asprin. Also keep him warm as he may be in shock.

I wouldnt worry so much about the pain. The pain we let him know his limits until he heals if you take away the pain he might injury himself further or hide injuries that you need to know about for treatment.

can you post a picture of his injuries? You'd be surprised how much a chicken can handle. I have seen some horrific stuff on here and most are success stories!

Oh and with blukote I would wear gloves and something you dont mind ruining. My little one decided to shake her head and I had blue spots on me for about a week.
