I swear I bought different chickens!

Ok so I got my chicks (YAY) on March 17th from a hatchery in the mail.
I ordered
2 NH's
2 Buff Brahma's
and 8 gold sex links

I got
3 pairs of something
none of them are brahmas (no feathered feet)
and 6 chicks that look alike who i will assume are the sex links.

I dont even know what they 3 pairs are lol!!

But I am concerned because I really wanted a NH...
(i really wanted a brahma too but I am trying to get over that lol)

So here is my favorite chick, there are 2, this one is nicer though lol

It looks like my RIR looked as a chick. I'm not really sure if a NH looks like that also though

Sorry to hear they messed up your order ... they will most likely issue you replacements if they made a mistake... though some hatcheries have a 'substitution' option in case they are out of certain breeds..... do you remember if they did or not?

It could very well be a NH

I hope you got those at least! Any way the Brahmas just have little leg feathering??? Hatchery stock can sometimes differ a lot from the breed standard.

That's what my NHR chicks looked like a week ago...

some of mine have that white tipping on their feathers also. I got mine from a breeder.
