I think chick got water in her lungs???

I have a chick that just fell into her water bowl, and now she's chirping really weird and opening and closing her mouth a lot and shaking her head. what can i do for her?

the water's not that deep, it's a normal chick waterer and it's got rocks in it, but she's a tiny bantam and managed to find the one spot her head could fit into...

I think if she can chirp, she can breathe but she's probably shocked and might be cold. I'd try to dry off and warm up. I hope she's okay, poor sweetie.
