I think I have a sick duckling

Hello...I have 12 ducklings that co-moms hatched maybe a week ago.....one of them got lost today and I went and found it. I brought it back and the moms wanted to bite my face....but anyway, it has been a little separate from the rest since. I put them back in the coop and it was still staying separate...and kind of groggy. Since it gets cold at night I decided to bring it in because I don't want it to be alone and be cold....has fresh food and water...and heat lamp over half the cage. Any suggestions?

How is it doing today? If better, I would add it back to the flock asap. Other than that, you are doing what needs to be done.

All of the stress of moving back and forth could be why it's off. I've had ducklings drop dead in the night from stress. I wouldn't add it back so soon, but whatever your preference is. Best of luck!

I would return it and possibly the Mommas know something isn't right with the Duckling..
