I think they're fertile!

    5 or 6 days ago I set 3 eggs in the incubator. This is my first try. We haven't gotten any eggs since. I think the ducks have started eating them. [​IMG] Hopefully that will stop when we get them back outside. But I couldn't wait any longer so I candled them the other day. It didn't look like much was happening, so I waited until it was darker and turned out the lights. I can still see where the yolk is, but it looks like there are veins and stuff in there. Does that mean they're fertile? I'm really excited if they are! [​IMG]

    If you can see a spidery-web type veining in the egg, then they're fertile. Congratulations!
