That comb doesn't look right for a cochin. I'm thinking Brahma! Can't say about gender, but I'm sure someone will pipe up.

Could it actually be a light brahma? The comb doesn't look like a single comb, and the feathering on his legs isn't that of a cochin... Also, his size would be right for a brahma - they are a big breed.
