I thought I had a faverolle...?

This pic is of the other two favs I got at the same time, they all have the same type of comb!

I got from a hatchery/chook farm, and yes has 5 toes! She said she only had Sussex and faverolles! So that's very interesting!

I thought these two were girls, but now I'm guessing roo left and pullet right, as the roo is starting to get a wee sickle feather!

That explains it.. the beards aren't very full on those two. Now with the one being beardless, it's evident the breeder birds are not pure for the bearded gene.

Did the breeder mention what *color(s)* faverolles they are working on?

These are both pullets. Faverolles cockerels look much different.

The first pullet may be a Sussex x Faverolles cross. I got some interesting colors from continung that cross for a few generations.
