I bought 10 chicks about 2 weeks ago 5 Polish and suppose to be 5 Lt. Brahma. But today I got them out of the brooder today to let them play outside and I think 2 are not Lt. Brahms but I am not sure what they are. They have blueish or slate legs. So someone help me out please.

Maybe it's just a REALLY light, light brahma? Where did you get it?

Looks like it may be a blue or splash Cochin...? Definitely not a light brahma.

That is what i thought all this time but the legs are a different color then the Lt. Braham and the chicks are kind of a silver or gray color. Also the feathering on the feet is much more heavy. And they have 5 toes.

FIVE toes? Hmm....I have no idea, then. Can you post pics of it's toes/legs/feathering, close up? Where did you get these?

My Light Brahmas have yellow legs...not grey or slate-colored. And no extra toes. Mine do have pretty heavy feathering, though...

Yeah, the 5 toe thing threw me off then....

    Five toes:
    Silkies
    Favorelles
    Orloff's

    I'm sure I'm missing some...
