I thought silkies had black beaks?

    They are supposed to have dark skin, beaks and mulberry combs, but some - especially hatchery bred birds do not have all of these qualities. I have seen some with white skin and pink single combs.

    I don't know how these birds see at all! Some people do trim the face up a bit so they can see better. :)

    I wonder that myself, with my Show Girl, Lola. She has got the largest "poof", you can't even see her eyes on first look! You're girl is beautiful! Enjoy her!
