Next week the people who I gave the ducklings to are coming to pick them up. I don't want to part with them, but know I can't have any more in town. The good thing is they will have a nice duck coop to sleep in and a big pond to swim in. It is still hard to let them go. One of them curls up in my hand and goes to sleep.

I had a duckling that curled up in my hand to sleep too. If I was anywhere near him, he'd crawl right up onto my lap, snuggle in my hand, and fall asleep. [IMG]

I still have him right now (he's 8 weeks old and likes to nibble on people's hands [IMG] ), but he's going to be picked up next weekend (along with one of his brothers) to go live at my aunt's house. I hate to see him go, but I just don't have any more room for birds! [IMG]

So, I know the feeling! [IMG]

Ok I think that's when I would have to trade one of my not so favorite's for the cute loveable one! [IMG]
