I have seen this video. I’ve never done the procedure myself.

I killed 3 hens this way, although many years apart..I finally learned not to do that.

Yes she is...I just gave her some one-day Monistat cream. But she is barely holding on. If this doesn't do it..I see no hope for her. She's too weak now for me to even suck out the crop...but I did finally get the syringe.

I am sorry to hear that. Most vets should be familiar with gastric lavage (ie pumping a stomach). A crop flush is the same procedure as that done for dogs/cats. There is no "sucking", it is a gentle siphon and the pressure of the fluids is what pushes out the contents of the crop.
