I was sold RIR and Americana, female

    OK I bought them from local feed store, first time with chicks.
    RIR is Sunny: skinny legs, pale coloring, white tipped feathers. Sweet bird, does not like to be alone. Not confrontational.

    Americana is Rodgy: thick blue green grey legs, starting to develop red brown feathers in chest, this one loves to Nestle down and make its belly warm, but is more confrontational.

    At I'm guessing 3 weeks or so right now, I think RIR might be younger as it is smaller. What do you guys think?

    Your Ameraucana is an Easter Egger. Still much too young to guess gender.

    The Easter Egger is definitely female. The other looks like a pullet, for now.
