    I'm not an expert but she looks very similar to my Pekin bantams

    Pekin bantam (or Cochin if large fowl).

    She is a Red Cochin (Pekin) bantam hen. Whether cochins and pekins are actually two different breeds or the same breed is still being debated.

    This. When you're breeding for frizzles, you get some smooth feathered birds in the mix.
