I have 4 hens a roster and a duck I bought 5 pullets I thought that meant hens I'm in city we can have hens no roster so I don't know what to do

Welcome to BYC! Pullet does mean female. Sometimes the are incorrectly sexed which means you can end up with a boy. You can try advertising him on Craigslist or FB Marketplace and see if anyone will take him.
