in early December. Usually the river will be frozen over by January and the ice fishing will begin! These pic are just the start, with icebergs forming....

You ice fish too Harlan? We have plans to take our first trip this weekend. Either Tiber Reservoir or Arod lakes. Arod is just a hop skip and a jump across the highway from our place. What do you fish for? Hubby prefers Walleye, but I really don't care as long as I catch something! Do you use an Ice house or tip ups?

Right now, the river still has open water and the ice is not thick enough......maybe next month!

I was going to take more pics today, but the fog/snow is moving through at the moment....maybe later this afternoon. Take pics for us on your trip, I would love to see them!
