I'd like to know the breed

    was the free exotic chick I received from Mcmurray hatchery when I was sent my replacement Rsl pullets.
    I don't normally give names to my birds, but the build, and its speed in getting away from the others motivated me to naming him Roadrunner.
    I am curious as to the breed, and I am confident if anyone can tell me, it would be here at Backyard Chickens.

    I'm sure you know a lot more than I, but I just did a search, and he looks nothing like any that came up in the search. Even the comb is different.

    Really sorry, it was a mistake, it's a splash bantam of some sort, it's a pure breed. Again, I'm sorry.

    Now that looks much better. I'd have to agree that you picked it correctly.
    I just went to Mcmurray's web site and looked it up. I'd have to agree with the breed you called it.

    Sorry I couldn't help, the Japanese bantam looks more like it, you have to admit though!
