There are really cheap chicks today.

St. Runs for only .75 each, Pullets are only $1.30, Bantams are .85 and Guineas only $2.05. Give us a call at 254-697-6677 option 2 to place your order.

They must be shipped or picked up today. Not valid on previously placed orders. Regular small order and air mail charges apply. Minimum order for each of these is 25.

It is absolutely crazy dumb to ship chicks in this heat, just getting them out of TX alive is going to be a monumental task, thats probably why they are having the sale.

I guess there is a chance of heat sickness/death, but I have received 2 orders from Ideal this summer during the hottest weather yet, and all of them made it just fine. Not trying to talk anyone into anything, you have to make up your own mind about whether to order or not. I'm just letting you know my experience. [IMG]

Hey, I called Ideal to place an order, but just so you know, you can't just get whatever you want. It is the "Surprise Pack" for large fowl or whatever they call it. So you don't know what breed(s) you will end up with. So, al6517, it isn't the heat that is the catch, it's the "SURPRISE!" [IMG] Man, I was all excited too. Guess I'll wait awhile before I order any more.

If you want a specific breed that we have available and will take 25 of that kind, you can order them. I just clarified that with my staff. This is an exception to our usual policy.
